Note – hide log in output

Hi, many users don’t know that you can hide the syntax log in output windows. This is an example of how it looks just after installation if you keep the default settings:

As you see you get the whole syntax command language text in the same window as all other results: “FREQUENCIES VARIABLE=….” .

Some users want it like this, but other want to hide it (but you can view the same syntax information from the Notes book instead).

This is how you hide it: Go to the command: Edit – Options

Then do following, (see 1 and 2 in the picture below):

And now the results window looks like this instead:

If you want the information about the syntax text visable, just double click the closed Notes book:

And you will get the syntax information (together with more information):
