Note – old date in concurrent license after update
We got a technical question from a customers IT-department, about server and code.
They had just updated the license manager in a concurrent license of SPSS Statistics with a new license code. After he put in the new license code for coming year, he still saw the old date in the “Sentinel RMS Server Administration“-program, see below:
First we thought it was something about the firewalls so we tried the offline code first, but then we discovered that the application had to be restarted (something that we should inform better after updating a code).
